Welcome to the new home of Europe's largest MMA facility, Straight Blast Gym Tallaght. SBG Tallaght is run by Tallaght local's Graham and Justin with continued support from world renowned MMA coach John Kavanagh, SBG Tallaght is a state of the art facility with top class coaches that will cater for all.

Whether you're a martial arts novice, a young professional, interested in getting fit or an experienced MMA competitor, our gym will be the perfect fit for you. Our goal is to combine and promote both martial arts and general fitness, in a family friendly environment allowing all our members to thrive.

Boasting an impressive 15,000 Sq ft, SBG Tallaght is Europe's largest MMA facility, and aims to be an exciting, positive addition to the area. The amenities on offer need to be seen to be believed, and rival any of the world's top MMA gyms.

It's well known that SBG is home to UFC Champion Conor McGregor, as well as a host of other MMA stars such as Cathal Pendred, Gunnar Nelson, Chris Fields, Aisling Daly and Artem Lobov. However, it's important to remember that SBG is not just for elite athletes. We are a gym for BEGINNERS, offering a range classes to suit all ages and abilities, everyone is welcome at SBG. It's never too early, or too late to change your life.

DIRECTIONS


SBG Tallaght is located in a prime location on the Belgard road. The gym is located directly across the Belgard road from the old Jacobs factory.

From M50 southbound:
Take exit 10 signposted for Ballymount. Keep to the right and at the top of the slip way turn right over the M50 bridge. Continue straight for approx. 1km running alongside the Luas line. At next lights/crossroad turn left onto the Belgard road. Continue until you see the Jacobs sign on the left and turn immediately right into Comans wholesale yard. The building faces the main road.

From M50 northbound: Take exit 10 signposted for Ballymount. Keep to the left and at the top of the slip way move to left. Continue straight for approx. 1km running running alongside  the Luas line. At next lights crossroads turn left onto the Belgard road. Continue until you see the Jacobs sign on the left and right immediately right into Comans wholesale yard. The building faces the main road.

Coming from "The Square" Tallaght
Drive up the Belgard road, past 'The Square' shopping centre on your left. Continue past Burger King on your left until you see the Jacobs Sign the right. immediately turn left onto Comans wholesale yard and SBG Tallaght is the white stone building facing the road.

Growing Gorillas - At SBG, we welcome children from 4 years to 17 to our range of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing. For your childs safety, our childrens programs are split into three age categories; 4-8yrs, 8-12yrs and 13-17yrs will train together. All classes run Monday to Saturday from 1pm to 6pm based on the age of your child.
